WOMP Wine Dinner at Trattoria Stella

Please join the Wineries of Old Mission Peninsula and their wine makers for a delicious pre-fixe meal at Traverse City's Trattoria Stella!  Each of the six courses will be expertly paired with Old Mission wines.

Dinner will be served during the evening of Thursday, June 10.  The menu is as follows:

Amuse Bouche
Salt Cod Brandade

Pissadiere
Olive tapenade, onions, arugula, chives, olive oil

Gallentine of Chicken
Local goat cheese, black mission figs, sundried fig puree, walnut oil

Bouillabaisse
Halibut, scallop, saffron, baguette, rouille

Cassoulet
Pork shoulder, pork sausage, duck confit, white beans

Macaroons
Local strawberries, strawberry jam, vanilla ice cream
